Dynamic investment programs in a competitive environment

Abstract

In this article, we will highlight the optimal investment for the resource allocation of software technologies to obtain maximum total investment efficiency, taking into account the need for their delivery and implementation of the software technology of destination under changing conditions. So, we set out the task of building a conflict model of resource allocation for investment software technologies and dealing with the problem of simultaneous resource investment by several active agents.
