Abstract: This paper aims to enhance the structural secrecy of cognitive radio systems by leveraging the stochastic application of ensembles of orthogonal code sequences. The primary objective of the paper is to develop both the operating and architecture principles of a stochastic orthogonal code generator, tailored for advanced wireless cognitive radio systems which feature dynamic access to frequency resources and heightened structural secrecy. By employing the proposed method, the structural secrecy of the cognitive radio system can be improved. This enhancement reduces the likelihood of various security threats, such as eavesdropping on cognitive messages, masquerading as the main user and unauthorized alterations to transmitted messages by malicious entities.
