Abstract: The article discusses new educational and pedagogical technologies to increase the motivation to learn of students and schoolchildren. The abundance of information on the Internet gives the student a false impression of knowledge and skills in certain fields of science. The teacher’s task is to show true knowledge, to teach how to separate superficial information from the main and important information, which is the cause or consequence of certain phenomena or events. Learning should be interesting. The teacher can choose different educational tools, for example, use the project method, the use of virtual or augmented reality technologies, and a gadget can be a technical tool in the learning process. The article examines two levels of motivation, each of which has three sublevels, analyzes their features and elements of internal motivation of students and learners. Also, examples of using different pedagogical tools for each type and level of motivation are given. It is proposed to use different pedagogical techniques for junior and different courses in order to increase motivation at the corresponding motivational level in order to improve the effectiveness of training.
