Abstract: The article considers the problems of teaching special disciplines using digital technologies in a distance format, associated with both psychological changes in the minds of senior students, and with economic trends in the development of modern society. Some aspects of the digital technologies influence on the teaching of engineering disciplines at a university are considered. Methods for solving these problems are proposed. The authors have outlined ways to increase the efficiency of studying engineering disciplines using specialized software in the process of teaching senior students.
