Electronic Educational Resources in the Study of Humanities Disciplines in a Distance Learning Environment

Abstract

The article deals with the problems and trends in developing electronic educational resources. They are for studying humanities in distance learning. This topic is current. The learning process must go digital to make a good modern education system. The pandemic in the 2020–2021 academic years has brought several changes in all sectors of society. The education system found itself in an environment where the traditional forms of learning needed to be overhauled. We had to create a good distance learning system. The system had to meet modern standards. We worked under tough conditions. Local electronic educational resources worked in Russian higher education institutions. But, they were not used permanently. Digital technology was the main tool for creating local electronic educational resources. It was the technical foundation for the distance learning system. Mastering humanities disciplines has its peculiarities which should be taken into account in the distance learning format. Pay close attention to the analysis. It focuses on the effectiveness of digital tech in learning the humanities. The analysis of the use of electronic educational resources at Kh. M. Berbekov Kabardino-Balkarian State University (Nalchik) let us see the downsides of this format. It was in the humanities.
