| dc.description.abstract | High-entropy solid solutions xNa1/2Bi1/2TiO3 – (1-x)(Ba1/3Sr1/3Ca1/3)TiO3 (x = 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6) were synthesized by the solid-phase method. The obtained solid solutions possess a cubic perovskite structure and show strong relaxor behaviour. The properties of the ceramics are characterized by the dielectric spectroscopy and Nyquist analysis. | ru |
