| Abstract: | 1,2,4-Thiadiazole, 1,3-thiazole, and cyclobutanecarbonitrile derivatives have been synthesized from (2E,4E)-2-cyano-5-phenylpenta-2,4-dienethioamide. The structure of the synthesized compounds was studied by spectral methods and X-ray analysis. |
