dc.description.abstractContext and relevance. In today's inclusive educational paradigm, students with disabilities and disabilities are in particular need of support and assistance that can be provided by volunteers. Such support will contribute not only to better adaptation and socialization, but also create the most favorable conditions for high-quality professional training. Objective. Based on a review and theoretical analysis of modern sources, to reveal the phenomenology of psychological and pedagogical support for students with disabilities and disabilities in the process of volunteering. Methods and materials. Analysis of the results of theoretical and experimental research in the field of volunteering and psychological and pedagogical support for students with disabilities. Results. The paper presents an analysis of scientific research in the field of volunteering and psychological and pedagogical support for students with disabilities and disabilities. The main approaches to the organization and implementation of activities, as well as to the training of volunteer students in an inclusive university education are outlined. The article describes the means of effective psychological and pedagogical support by volunteer students of students with disabilities, used to help and support them in adaptation, socialization and educational and professional realization. Conclusions. The resource potential of higher educational institutions is analyzed in detail and presented in terms of providing psychological and pedagogical support by volunteers to students with disabilities and limited health opportunities.ru
