dc.description.abstract | Films of polyvinyl butyral with silver nanoparticles were obtained on the surface of solar cells. Spectral dependences of the external quantum yield of a solar cell at various concentrations of silver nanoparticles in a polyvinyl butyral film are presented. The largest increase in the external quantum yield of the solar cell (by 22,3%) in the spectral range 540-1040 nm was recorded at a concentration of silver nanoparticles in a film-forming solution of 7 mmol/L | ru |
