Abstract: The article represents measurement errors by ellipsoidal uncertainty region in the space of technical system parameters. The model of affine transformations is used to describe the dynamic measurements of the restored system. The problem of minimizing the uncertainty region of the restored system state is solved taking into account the limited choice of the accuracy class of repair facilities
