dc.description.abstractThe article presents the results of theoretical analysis of modern trends in increasing customer satisfaction, which is provided in various sectors of the economy. The possibilities of using these trends in improving the mechanisms of increasing satisfaction with educational services of the university are considered. On the example of empirical data the hypotheses about the possibility of broader use of such mechanisms as: increasing the degree of consumer involvement in the decision-making process on the design of services-consumer proactivity, the formation of a digital footprint in the process of assessing the quality of services – digitalization of the assessment of consumer satisfaction, spatial transformation of the environment of service provision, individualization and active participation in the process of service provision – creation (co-authorship) of the consumerru
