The importance of corporate governance principles in the activities of modern corporations

Abstract

The article reveals the problems of implementing corporate governance principles developed by the Commonwealth of OECD countries in the Russian Federation, identified by the shortcomings of the current Russian legislation in corporate governance in creating an everyday basis for the activities of corporations of different states. The ways of increasing the efficiency of implementing corporate governance principles in the OECD to facilitate the integration of Russian corporations into the international economic space are substantiated
