Residue Number System (RNS) is a non-positional number system that allows the construction of error-correcting codes. Features such as parallel processing capability and scalability are significant advantages of RNS. The redundancy of the RNS code allows the creation of error correction codes, affects their properties and can be selected for specific tasks. This paper describes a method for analyzing the distribution of errors over the entire range of the RNS. This method can improve the design of specific data storage and processing systems, since it allows determining the corrective properties of the used RNSru
