Abstract: | The purpose of the research was a theoretical justification and experimental study of the structural organization of the intellectual «I» of management entities in the industrial production system. Design/Methodology/Approach: The methodological basis of the research was the systemic, complex and subjective approaches used in the psychological and sociological sciences. 484 people took part as subjects and experts at various stages of the study (engineers engaged in managerial activities at factories and enterprises of the Stavropol Territory, Astrakhan, Volgograd). Findings: As a result of the study, at the first stage, the definition of the «intellectual self» of the subject of management activity was clarified, the indicators of the intellectual self «I» of the subjects of management activity in the industrial production system were identified, the structural organization of the intellectual self «I» of the engineer-leader was developed and experimentally confirmed. The second phase of the study established the professionally significant qualities of the most successful managers in the industrial production system, affecting the efficiency of their professional activities, as well as the professionally important qualities of less successful managerial engineers, which allow them to compensate for the insufficient development of some qualities through the development of others. At the third stage of the study, the level of formation of professionally important qualities of intelligent «I» engineers was determined compared to their reference characteristics. Originality/Value: The scientific novelty of the study is that the scientific results obtained in it made it possible from the point of view of systemic, complex and subjective methodological approaches to synthesize data from the history of the development of the industrial production system, labor psychology, management and engineering psychology, development psychology and acmeology, which creates the basis for solving the scientific problem of developing the concept of the development of the intellectual «Self» of the subject of management in the system of industrial production |
