Abstract: The article attempts to identify issues of forecasting the future of education, which, in turn allows us to assess the past and present of this system, forming social forces that can influence the future learning process and social trends. Taking into account the goals and will of people is a key necessity in the formation and development of the school of the future, which projects are based on dialectics and the continuation of historical trends in developing education. This article examines the functions, role and form of education in the modern society of North Macedonia and its prospects in the future educational space of Europe
