Digital resources for verifying plagiat documents at a higher education institution: Standardization issues and specifications

Abstract

The article considers topical issues of using specialized digital resources in order to detect 'incorrect borrowings' in scientific publications, graduate qualification works, dissertations and problems associated with their use. As a solution, a methodology for systematization and certification based on harmonization of systems and the development of common criteria is proposed. And also questions are revealed as tutorial issues in the borrowing detection support system and the need to develop united unified standards containing an algorithm for working with a certain borrowing detection system, methodological, technological, regulatory aspects of checking work for 'incorrect borrowing' (plagiarism)
