| Abstract: | The article examines the features of the regional provision of the health care system with personnel on the basis of a comparative assessment, both in terms of quantitative and level indicators of the personnel potential of the industry of the North Caucasian Federal District. In order to identify a real idea of the state of the personnel potential of the region, the indicators of the load on medical workers were studied. Additionally, they were grouped in relation to the average Russian and mid-level levels. The regional asymmetry of the personnel potential and the corresponding disproportions in the development of the regional health care system are revealed. The directions of reducing the differentiation of staffing of health care institutions in the region are indicated |
