The article presents the results of modeling the decision support system for development of a medical strategy by a psychiatric doctor based on the transfer matrix characterizing the dynamics of a person's mental state. The developed mathematical model of the reaction of a person's mental state to the effect of medications allows decomposition according to the own vector functions of the object operator, which made it possible to consider the set of parameters of the body's electrical conductivity that are important for recognizing a person's mental state, as an object with distributed parameters and to synthesize a distributed high-precision controllerru
