dc.description.abstractA number of nonsymmetrically 2,7-disubstituted 1,3-diazapyrenes were synthesized by the Sonogashira cross coupling of 2-substituted 7-bromobenzo[gh]perimidines with phenyl- and pentylacetylenes. A method of direct one-pot synthesis from 2-substituted 6-(5-bromo-3,4-dihydropyrimidin-4-yl)-1H-perimidines was developed. The proposed method for functionalization of 1,3-diazapyrenes can find application in supramolecular chemistry.ru
