dc.description.abstractBased on the principle of corresponding states, a method developed for prediction the viscosity of liquid petroleum products that differ significantly in physicochemical properties and fractional composition. New approaches to the determination of the reduced temperature and viscosity are proposed. The initial data for the computation are the molar mass, the average volume boiling point and the relative density at 20 °C. Testing of the new technique in the temperature range (0.4 - 0.7)Tpc at pressures up to 10 MPa showed that the deviation of the predicted viscosity values from the experimental data is comparable with the experimental error.ru
