The paper describes a methodology for developing an automated control system for a mineral water deposit. The mathematical model of the object is described. An equation describing the process of geofiltration is given. The solution of the equation is carried out using the method of frequency synthesis of multidimensional systems. An example of calculating the parameters of the control system in relation to the Kislovodsk mineral water deposit is given. To determine the parameters of the control system, the Kaligor-Mismatch and Kaligor-Transient software packages developed by the authors are used. A conclusion is made about the applicability of this method for modeling the parameters of hydrodynamic systemsru
