| Abstract: | Critical information infrastructure (CII) is an object of protection, the problem of ensuring the security of which is one of the priorities at the international level. Approaches to solving this problem in each country are determined independently, taking into account the peculiarities of the construction and development of CII. In the Russian Federation, at the legislative level, the issue was updated in 2017. However, at the methodological level, the approach used to ensure the safety of the RF CII is not based on a systematic approach. This leads to gross errors and inaccuracies in the course of making management decisions, therefore, to an increase in information security risks. When considering the subject of CII as a system, it becomes necessary to study inter-object relationships as sources of destructive influences that can lead to the effect of infrastructural destructives, i.e., to the self-destruction of infrastructure. For this, at the initial stage, it is proposed to build an anthropomorphic model of the states of the CII subjects. In the course of working with this model, it is possible to predict the development of the situation of self-destruction of the infrastructure of the CII subject in conditions of uncertainty. |
