A historian’s mission: to the Professor Tamara Alexandrovna Bulygina’s anniversary

Abstract

The article is devoted to the intellectual biography of Tamara A. Bulygina and the main stages in her scientific and educational activities as the specialist in the sphere of source studies and methodology of history. The article presents the contribution of T.A. Bulygina in the development of a new local history, intellectual history and source study of local history. The authors show a high theoretical level of scientific achievements of T. Bulygina, and also emphasize that all theoretical developments have been practically tested by her, including in the training process.
