The Smart Nations society is a society of social progress, which can be achieved only through the introduction of digital technologies into all spheres of human life. But a number of researchers of the upcoming digital society are experiencing a state of frustration associated with negative expectations from the dominance of digital technologies, while another part of society and scientists are optimistic, expecting the benefit for humanity in the form of new opportunities and achievements in the economy and social sphere. The purpose of this study is to try to answer legitimate questions – is there a danger to a person from the digital economy, artificial intelligence and, in general, from new digital practices? The subject of the work is the phenomenon of the Smart Nations society (the phenomenon of the digital technology society), which is a socially significant problem. Therefore, the digital future should be built and formed with the participation of international expert communities, governmental and intergovernmental institutions.ru
