Proactive Production in Healthcare and in Advanced Training of Healthcare Workers as a New Approach Based on Lean Production

Abstract

The article provides an original view on the prospects for the development of healthcare management using lean technologies. A new term is introduced -proactive production, as a definition for the management methodology based on lean production, which also includes complementary methods and tools of proactive management and a number of other methodologies. The essential role of lean and digital education in the training of effective personnel for healthcare is noted. An assumption is made about the expediency of forming a culture of lean production at the university, as well as the introduction of proactive production, as conditions for the effective professional development of healthcare workers in terms of the use of lean technologies and methods of proactive production.
