Abstract: The inconsistency in the implementation of the results of research and development obtained in the course of fundamental and applied research is acutely felt at the present time. This issue, as well as relevant specialized digital areas used in the training of specialists in the field of the food industry, nutrition, are considered in this scientific work based on a comparative analysis of the widely used network interaction of digital technologies.
