Abstract: The method of increasing the throughput of a steganographic channel for data transmission by implementing the various format containers system (for instance, jpeg, bmp, mp3, mpeg4, avi etc.) with preseted level of steganographic resistance and data error security (random or intentional) is proposed. This is achieved by fragmenting data into polynomial symbols of an extended algebraic representation of data based on a multialphabet modular code. A model for covert transmission of error-protected multithreaded data by steganography methods is proposed; the results of comparison of multiformat and singleformat modes of the steganographic system are presented.
