This article is written as a review of new trends in monitoring the condition of oil in all factory area process [1]. Lubrication is a great source to detect in advance any troubles in the system and prevent the outage as blood analysis of a human body shows the issue inside a system. Active lubricant condition monitoring is a great approach to improve the reliability and put down the maintenance costs of equipment. The purpose of this article is about an active oil condition monitoring development with the use of on-line sensors. It discusses research, design, and setup of oil condition monitoring systems in the context of industrial revolution. These new solutions include sensor technologies are applicable for data-based maintenance and machine learning called predictive maintenance as a new paradigm which is going to replace the old one built on traditional routine preventive maintenance scheme. The analysis based on oil samples is an effective tribotechnical systems approach for early outage diagnosis. It has valuable information contained and give knowledge about the oil degradation process and the state of tribotechnical pairs [2] But it's very complicated as an online method of diagnostic in view of number of steps we need to go through. Different way of sampling, logistic and delivery process, different methods of testing are not able to provide hi-quality results in a short period of time. For the better understanding of the way of aging oil modern factories and plants need a new on-line method of pending machinery failure.ru
