Abstract: This work is concerned with the study of the possibilities of using the Internet of Things (IoT) in the management of climate responsibility of digital entrepreneurship from the position of systemic interaction of its elements. This involves the description of theoretical and practical features of the selected categories, such as entrepreneurship and digital entrepreneurship, climate change and climate responsibility, digital technologies and the IoT. The research methodology is based on the system approach, which considers the interaction of the key elements of the research separately and in their totality, with the determination of the interconnection between entrepreneurship and digital entrepreneurship, their influence on climate change, the possibility to use digital technologies to achieve better effect in tackling climate change and the use of the IoT as the key factor in the improvement of the quality of information and analytical support for the studied processes. In this work, we dwell on the features of digital entrepreneurship, the concept of climate responsibility and the potential of digital technologies, in particular the ІоТ, from the position of tackling climate change. From the position of the system approach, the influence of all of the above categories is coordinated within the system of climate-responsible entrepreneurship based on the ІоТ, with the reflection of the structure of the IoT and involvement of its levels in the information, analytical and managerial processes and the interaction with processes that are connected with climate change, tools of Data Science and typical spheres of the use of the ІоТ.
