dc.description.abstract | Nowadays, dysbioses is a very important problem. The most effective way to correct them is preferable to use prebiotics. Due to a wide range of biochemical constituents of microbial origin, zoogloea of a natural symbiont Medusomyces gysevii (kombucha) is a potential raw material which can be used like an object to produce a prebiotic. Study of the effect of this substance on microbiocenosis of intestine of rats was conducted. The results indicate that the oral admission of inactivated Medusomyces gysevii zoogloeas by mammals changes the quantitative composition of microorganisms' relationship in the large intestine, which is reflected in the reduction of Candida fungi, as well as in the increase of the number of animals with increased level of lactobacilli and bifidobacteria | ru |
