Strategic directions of innovational development of socio-economic systems

Abstract

The authors study the determining tendencies of innovational development of the Russian economy, caused by the change of technological modes, general economic and political situation, and the role of the state in regulation of innovational processes. Theoretical provisions, related to the change of the main influence on the level of innovational activity, are generalized: shift of focus from support for offer of innovational technologies to formation of demand for innovations from economic subjects and society. The authors explain insufficient level of capability for innovations and acceptance of new technological achievements as a component of non-material assets of economic growth, related to its humanitarian component – formation and development of human potential in the conditions of society and knowledge economy. The authors also explain susceptibility to innovations as a result of taking science and education beyond the limits of the innovational process, and other elements of the humanitarian component. The role of non-technological components is studied: organizational, marketing, social, etc. The factors hindering the innovations are given. The main directions of regional innovational development in view of formed global and Russian tendencies are given, as well as connection between innovational development of the region and benchmarking, innovational development and territorial marketing
