Abstract: Analysis of the mechanisms of regulation of heart rate in Russian teenagers Slavic group of Indo-European family, Dargin teenagers Dagestan group of the North Caucasian family, Nogai and Turkmen teenagers Turkic group of the Altaic language family of Stavropol revealed ethnic and gender features of the heart rhythm control loops. Thus, Russian boys Indo-European language family are characterized by the stable adaptive response and balanced sympatheticparasympathetic control of the heart rhythm control loops. Stress of compensatory mechanisms revealed in Nogai boys Turkmen boys and girls of the Turkic group of the Altaic language family, and Dargin girls Dagestan group of the North Caucasian language family. Reduction of functional reserves of cardiovascular system was revealed in Dargin boys North Caucasian language family, Indo-European and Russian girls Nogai girls Altaic language families. Gender peculiarities at physiological rest are characterized by dominating of autonomic control loops in Russian boys Slavic group and Dargin boys Dagestan group. Gender differences at stress test appeared in the leading role of the central control loop in Nogai and Turkmen boys Turkic group
