| dc.description.abstract | One of the main quality characteristics of satellite communication systems is interference immunity. Natural or artificial ionosphere disturbance is accompanied by an increase in its average electron concentration and the formation of areas with small-scale irregularities. The change in radiowaves' propagation conditions can lead to dispersion distortions, fading and intersymbol interference of received signals, and, as a consequence, to a significant decrease in the interference immunity of satellite communication systems, up to the disrupted operation. There are known methods for estimating the interference immunity of satellite communication systems under ionospheric disturbances. However, they do not consider a simultaneous display of all factors, which is their main disadvantage.
