Abstract: The tested software complex Doctor CT-Slicer allows to create combination of individual three-dimensional models (organ, its blood vessels, neoplasms) obtained on the basis of DICOM files. Combined models can be used by the surgeon to prepare for surgery operation. The resulting multilayer model can be placed in a simulator program where it is possible to manipulate models by virtual instruments
