Abstract: A critical analysis of the problem of the coordinated effect on strength abilities and skills of accurate motion performance was made. The formulated statements differ significantly from deep-rooted in the theory and practice problem of the correlation of the parameters of strength and accuracy of motions. The paper contains a theoretical justification of the efficiency of the technique of the variable and coordinated effect on the motor function using fitness equipment - control action machines that provide a wide and controlled variation of the magnitude of the external resistance. It opens new perspectives for the coordinated development and improvement of strength abilities along with demonstrating high accuracy of motor actions. Materials in the paper provide deeper knowledge about the application procedure of fitness equipment of controlled action to extend the range of «controlled power» and improve on this basis of skills of accurate motion peformance, as well as the complex application procedure for variable modes of resistance to improve the skills of accurate motion control. The research materials represent a significant contribution to the theory and technique of formation of skills of accurate motion peformance based on the development of special strength abilities. One of the main ways of intensification of effects in the field of physical culture is to create the conditions for the exclusion from the actual training practice of particular procedures aimed at the development of technique of motor actions, or the development of physical qualities only
