Abstract: | The article studies the current trends of joint venture development within a regional economic system; assessment of economic efficiency of joint enterprises’ functioning is carried out. The creation of a private business structure is suggested, the key task of which is improving the investment attractiveness of all enterprises in a traditionally agrarian region. A model is constructed based on adaptive extrapolation of the above structure functioning and calculations are performed concerning the expected growth of direct investments in a short-term forecasted horizon |
