Abstract: All methods of detecting signals against noise are united by a unified detection methodology-finding, through synthesis and analysis, of informative signs of contrast that distinguish signals from noise. By way of contrast may be a maximum signal / noise ratio, differences in the autocorrelation functions of the signals or their spectral characteristics. If the structure of the complex signal is unknown, then the FT is ineffective for measuring such emissions, in particular, this applies to phase-shift keying (PSK) signal systems. In this case it is advisable to try to use other basis, for example, to solve the problem of detecting complex signals in the basis of the Mellin integral transform
