Abstract: A further development of the standard elements method was carried out by modeling the permanent magnets of magnetic systems with standard elements. A method for taking into account the magnetization of a permanent magnet was considered when supposing it as a standard element. The comparative estimates of the accuracy of the standard elements method using the proposed models of permanent magnets on numerical solutions of the test boundary value problem by the finite elements method are obtained
