Tourism cluster enterprises departments’ resource management based on mobile technologies

Abstract

In the conditions of modern management of hospitality facilities, the used approaches and tools for resource management play an important role. The article discusses the use of mobile technologies in resource management of the hotel’s housekeeping service. The mobile application «Mobile Housekeeping» is used to manage the resources of the hotel’s housekeeping service in addition to the automated PaRM web system. The automated system is based on a proactive methodology, the description of which is given in the article. In the mobile application “Mobile housekeeping” functionality is supported, which requires the operational use of the personnel of housekeeping service at any point of the hotel.
