| Abstract: | The development of sports and health saving technologies in the Russian Federation is of particular importance, which is determined by the fact that they define the quality of life of young Russians and serve as the main social resource of social and economic development. In this regard, an effective state youth policy is needed to form the sphere of health protection, promotion of sports and physical culture among young people. Health-saving technologies mean all those psychological, pedagogical and socio-pedagogical programs and methods that are aimed at developing a health culture among the youth, focusing on physical culture and sports activities, developing personal qualities that contribute to the motivation to maintain a healthy lifestyle, as well as the formation, preservation and promotion of health |
