Abstract: The article has developed a system of mathematical training in specialized mathematical classes of the Specialized Educational Scientific Center of the North-Caucasus Federal University. It is shown that one of the main tasks of mathematical education is not only the formation of knowledge and educational skills in the field of mathematics, but also the formation of a holistic view of the world by mathematical means, which can only be carried out on the basis of commitment to a holistic and developing desire for the development of education. At the same time, the teaching of mathematical disciplines in the specialized classes of the Specialized Educational Scientific Center is systemic and is based on higher scientific, educational and project activities of pupils, which makes it possible to significantly increase their level of mathematical education and the level of mathematical culture. A comparative analysis of scientific achievements in the field of mathematics of pupils of the physical and mathematical class of the center with the average achievements of schoolchildren of the Russian Federation and the Stavropol Territory was carried out. In particular, the results of passing the Unified State Examination (USE) in mathematics at the specialized level are analyzed. The analysis has proved the efficiency and usefulness of the developed system of mathematical training for pupils of specialized mathematical classes, conducted by the authors at the Specialized Educational Scientific Center of the North-Caucasus Federal University.
