| Abstract: | The article analyzes the methods of assessing the state of human health in the process of engaging in various types of motor activity. According to the authors, of all the variety of existing and developing wellness techniques and technologies that meet the needs of a person of the XXI century, the most accessible, valid and informative diagnostic methodology for quantitative measurement and qualitative assessment of health status in the process of self-management of each individual's body is bioeconomical diagnostics of health strengthening. The paper attempts to systematize, adapt, modify and formalize the existing formulas of bioeconomical calculation tables in order to develop a mathematical model of the Windows application “Bioeconomical diagnostics of health strengthening” monitoring the development of bioeconomical psychomotor adaptation (BPMA) in the cycle of psychosomatic health (CPH). The methodological basis of the research is bioeconomical diagnostics of health strengthening, functional diagnostics, numerical methods and software packages during the construction of a mathematical model. The main results include the completed stage of formalization of the task and the readiness to start designing and programming the application being developed. |
