Abstract: The article analyses the usage possibilities of high-dimensional macroeconomic data, that are in open access, in Russian input-output balance compilation The data have matrix structure of distinct dimension and economic heterogeneous classification, and the problem is actualized by their interface in a unitary model. Authors’ research statistics base in the realm of interindustry analysis, stability, structural forecast, economic dynamics and economic growth was developed. The paper represents authors’ research concept of structural transitional processes in macroeconomics studies. This work opens new possibilities in economic systems’ interindustry inertia research. We proposed an unparalleled in economic studies option of transitional processes in macroeconomics that is aimed at development and assessment of implemented economic policy results. Based on the official statistics, the solution of the input-output balance dynamic system digitizing, fixed as differential equation system, was found in the article. This study revealed advantages of the matrix exponent and its integral calculations in analysis and forecasting, comparing to other computational methods. Dynamic input-output balance as system of conventional differential equations was transferred from “merely theoretical structures” to computational ones, in other words, to purely practical models. Various economics structural stability problems, formalized in terms of their inherent dynamic features, are solved. Significant task was to provide computing readiness of author’s theory of structural/inherent dynamic features of economics as a system. Trying to solve it, we met a necessity to develop generation methods of our own computational studies statistic base the solution of this issue lets us to quantify underlying dynamic interindustry model.
