Abstract: The article is devoted to issues related to the design of the software solution “Bioeconomical diagnostics of health care” (BDHC). The Windows desktop application “BEDU” allows, without the use of special laboratory equipment in various conditions (household, industrial, sports and recreational, sports and training, competitive, medical, etc.), to determine the development of bioeconomic psychomotor adaptation (BPMA) of the psychosomatic health cycle (PHC) in the ranges of the golden proportion scale. Based on the input data of productivity and energy cost of psychomotor activity, the BDHC application informs a person about the price of adaptation and the body’s reaction to the activity performed. Determining the quantitative indicators and qualitative characteristics of the BPMA in the PHC, it assesses: the level of productivity, the level of energy cost, psychomotor load and adaptive reaction. Depending on the contingent and type of activity, the diagnostic results obtained are used by practitioners and instructors, athletes and coaches, students and teachers, patients and physicians to assess the holistic psychosomatic state of the body, individualize the psychomotor load and develop practical recommendations for each individual in planning the therapeutic and health-improving effects in the “HEALTH” mode, training and competitive processes in the “HEALTH” mode “SPORT”. The methodological basis of the study is bioeconomic diagnostics of health care, functional diagnostics, numerical methods and software complexes.
