| Abstract: | This study aims to conduct a psychophysiological analysis of the relationship between innate, deep-seated aggression and intrapersonal conflict in individuals with combat-related disabilities and to evaluate the therapeutic potential of game-based interventions. Materials and methods. Psychophysiological measurements of accuracy, innate aggression, and intrapersonal conflict were conducted with a cohort of 177 male subjects: 119 healthy subjects, 21 civilian persons with disabilities, and 37 military persons with disabilities after at least 90 days in a combat zone. Results. A significant correlation was observed between intrapersonal conflict severity and innate aggression (p < 0.05), strongest in the military group. Notably, in military persons, improved accuracy predicted reduced blood pressure (R2 = 0.78; p < 0.05). Conclusion. The subcortex acts as a cerebral generator for an innately elevated aggressiveness, which is the source of intrapersonal conflict. This consumes significant psychophysiological resources, leading to energy depletion. This deficit represents a fundamental loss of the systemic unity of the organism, is expressed as a diminished endogenous capacity to overcome intrapersonal contradictions, and exacerbates the manifestations of intrapersonal conflict, which are regulated convexitally. E-sports technologies provide an effective intervention through a tripartite mechanism: the step-by-step elimination of the conflict between conscious and subconscious, the optimization of cortical-subcortical interactions, and the sublimation of deep aggression into a superficial sports anger. |
