Abstract: Pre-processing of data in a fog computing network for IoT devices in real time requires optimization of algorithms and task distribution to work under limited resources. Using fully homomorphic encryption allows processing encrypted data without decrypting it, ensuring a high level of confidentiality. Fully homomorphic encryption schemes such as TFHE, BFV, BGV and CKKS are optimized for various types of data and tasks, making them applicable in IoT systems. The resulting model, based on the integration of fully homomorphic encryption with fog computing, helps to minimize latency, reduce network load and ensure secure data processing in real time, which is especially important for smart cities, healthcare and the Industrial Internet of Things.
