| Abstract: | This research explores the distinctive features of sentiment analysis of VK social‑network statements carried out by practicing psychologists and ChatGPT acting as a psychologist (AI). The statements were evaluated within the research project “Ageism in Socio‑Labor Relations.” A comparative assessment of the emotional valence of VK posts (positive, neutral, and negative) was conducted. The research revealed significant differences in how professional psychologists and the AI model identified emotional tone. To determine the structural characteristics of the integral individuality of the participating psychologists and AI, the authors performed a comparative analysis of the practitioners and ChatGPT in its psychologist role. The investigation covered the psychodynamic, personality, and socio‑psychological levels of AI, drawing on V. S. Merlin’s theory of their hierarchical organization (natural and social levels). The analysis of these structural differences explained the observed variations in sentiment assessments. The authors found that the main divergences between the psychologists and ChatGPT are located at the psychodynamic (natural) level. |
