Abstract: In this article is proposed a direct torque control of induction motor with additional control signal from adaptive controller. It's signal is summed with the those from the conventional PI regulator and the result is the reference torque signal. Using the created mathematical model, the modes of operation of an induction electric drive with adaptive control under various disturbing influences are investigated
