Краткий осмотр (реферат): Because of the increasing number of accidents in electric power systems and the danger caused by their consequences, there arises an urgent need to assess the reliability of electric power systems operation. The aim of this study is to develop a method to assess electric power systems reliability with the aid of an algorithm on graphs and to describe its software implementation. The reliability of electric power systems is divided into structural and functional. The calculation of structural reliability indicators is based on the criterion of disconnection between the source and the load in the electrical network. Meeting the criterion means that there is no connection of a certain node (load) of the electric power system with the sources. In this article the possibility of using Dijkstra algorithm for calculating the structural reliability of an electric power system is justified and the calculation method is proposed. An analysis of the structural reliability of a regional 330 kV electric power system is presented.
