Abstract

Unstable character of the Russian economy, its high risks at deficiency of investments and problem financial sector assume that financial engineering has to accompany each step on development of securities market, strengthening of its investment potential, introduction on the market of new financial products. The ensuring assets of commercial bank taking a leading place among instruments of the structured financing around the world admits to one of the most promising and dynamically developing market mechanisms. In article possible options of use of instruments of the structured financing in practice of domestic business are considered, and the analysis of financial efficiency the ensuring transactions of the Russian banks is provided
